Bright golden colour. Scent of overripe pears, spices,
citrus fruit and other notable aromatic herbs; which give a long refinement.
Well balanced taste of honey and butter, full-bodied, savoury.
It has a pleasant freshness and boasts an impressive final.
This wine goes perfectly with all dishes of an outstanding kitchen.
To be served at a temperature of 12°C.

Grape harvesting time: October, picked by hand and carefully put in box
Maceration: Crio-maceration for 24 hours in stainless stell
Temperature during fermentation: Thermo controlled a 18°C
Duration of fermentation and maceration: Three weeks
Malolattica fermentation: Partially done
Refining method and period: Four months in the barrique, four months in stainless steel and at least one year in the bottle
Percentage of alcohol: 13,5% vol.
*Because of a huge cut of the bunches during winter, to maintain the low production.
